Mr. Brian Collins is a seasoned leader who joined Columbus Communications with 11 years experience in the international telecommunications industry. Brian is responsible for the operational implementation of all Strategic and Tactical plans which support Flow’s corporate objectives in Trinidad.

His telecoms career commenced in 1999 when he joined Esat Telecom as Senior Financial Controller. His responsibilities extended to the strategic development of new business and the continual development of existing business segments across Ireland. In 2004, Mr. Collins was recruited by the Irish Telecommunications Regulator as a Senior Regulatory Manager. He was responsible for developing a competitive strategy for the Telecommunications industry, with the aim of promoting competition and expanding the telecoms market in general.

In September 2005, he joined Digicel Jamaica as Finance Director. During his four-year tenure with Digicel, Brian played an key role in maintaining Digicel’s dominant market position and was integral in developing the ICT strategy for Digicel in Jamaica. His wealth of experience extends to fixed and mobile voice and Internet, regulatory pricing and compliance, Wi-Max (4G) and now digital cable television.

Brian is a Certified Chartered Accountant (FCCA) and holds a University EMBA in Telecommunications. He has also completed a host of industry specific training programs. His outstanding analytical skills combined with his strong operational background in telecommunications are a great asset to Columbus..

Brian is an Irish citizen and resides in Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago.
